Insurance Superbills Provided
While TRU Rehab & Wellness is a cash-based practice, we can provide you with a detailed superbill upon request. A superbill is an itemized receipt that includes all the information your insurance company needs to process out-of-network reimbursement. You simply submit it to your provider — and depending on your plan, you may receive partial or full reimbursement.

Your first visit includes a one-on-one assessment by a licensed Physical Therapist (No referral needed) We’ll review your medical history, discuss your goals, and assess your movement, strength, and mobility. You’ll receive a personalized treatment plan and clear guidance on what to expect moving forward — all from the comfort of your home.
After your evaluation, follow-up sessions are provided by a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) under the plan of care established by your evaluating Physical Therapist. Each visit is one-on-one, personalized to your goals, and delivered in the comfort of your home, job, park or even gym (with permission). Treatments may include hands-on techniques, guided exercises, and progressive mobility work — all designed to help you recover safely and effectively. Cancel at anytime without playing an insurance game.
After completing your rehab plan, we offer personalized wellness sessions to help you stay active, strong, and pain-free. These sessions focus on mobility, strength, balance, and overall well-being — all delivered in-home by a licensed PTA to keep you moving forward with confidence.
