-Our Physical Therapy services are for those recovering from pain, injury, or surgery and require an evaluation by a licensed Physical Therapist (which we offer.)
-Our Wellness Packages are for clients who’ve completed therapy or want to stay active, strong, and independent through specialized programs for adults 55+ and individuals with Parkinson’s or balance challenges.

Our Services
Your first visit includes a one-on-one assessment by a licensed Physical Therapist (No referral needed) We’ll review your medical history, discuss your goals, and assess your movement, strength, and mobility. You’ll receive a personalized treatment plan and clear guidance on what to expect moving forward — all from the comfort of your home.
After your evaluation, follow-up sessions are provided by a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) under the plan of care established by your evaluating Physical Therapist. Each visit is one-on-one, personalized to your goals, and delivered in the comfort of your home, job, park or even gym (with permission). Treatments may include hands-on techniques, guided exercises, and progressive mobility work — all designed to help you recover safely and effectively. You simply submit it to your provider — and depending on your plan, you may receive partial or full reimbursement.
